- Q: How does this Work ?
A: First step is to fill out a brief online profile . Please note that I only accept recent digital photo(s) of yourself and if you don't have access to this , I will be able to take a picture of you at the inital interview . Next , you will meet me (your personal matchmaker Lizz) at my office to fill out a short questionnaire and then proceed with a personal interview.
Q : How long does it take to find the right match? Also is it guaranteed you will find me someone?
A : I will find someone that best fits all your criteria for a good compatible match. It really all depends on your specific requirements on what you are looking for . My goal is to find the perfect match for you , however there is no guarantee for love of course .
Q : Where is your office and how long will the interview be ?
A : My office is located in Downtown Vancouver in the Yaletown area (please check contact page for exact address) . First initial interviews are approx 45mins - 1hr.
Q: What is your experience in matchmaking business ?
A: I have been in the dating industry both online and offine for about 6 years .
Q : How do I book appointment ?
A: Before I set up an interview with you , please refer to the Getting Started Page to create your online profile .
Q : How many dates can you send me on ?
A: This depends on the package plan you decide to go with . I feel strongly to find the perfect match and take much pride in doing so . Unlike other dating companies , I will not just set you up on a date with someone for just the sake of getting you a date with "somebody" . I will continue the match making process until you are 100% happy and satisfied.
Q: Do you do prescreening and / or criminal background checks ?
A: I don't do criminal background checks . However, I do prescreening for all my members : In these steps, 1) Online profile 2) An actual one on one meeting to make sure their photo and info submitted is accurate 3) another questionare is filled out at the office 4) The interview process . If I feel that someone might not be appropriate for my service I will deny them .
Q: Do you offer private services , where there is no contact information that is exchanged until the first date ?
A: Yes , if you do not wish to release any of your contact information with your potential match until your first meeting (then you can decide during/after your first date) this can be arranged at no extra cost .

A: YES
Q : What method of payments do you accept ?
A: I accept cash or checks, which is payable at your first interview meeting. If you like to pay credit card please proceed to the Getting Started Page (the orange "Buy Now" button) just click that .
Q: Is there a specific age range you target?
A: I am only accepting clients at the moment that is between the ages 28 - 45 . There are exceptions though please email me if you are interested in using the service and you are not in that age range .
Q: Who will see these profiles?
A: All profiles are kept 100% strictly confidential, as your personal matchmaker I will be the only one who can view your full profile and only the suitable match will see selected information (not your contact info unless approved by you) . This is not your typical dating site where profiles and photos are displayed online .
Q: How does cancellation work and do you offer refunds ?
A: You can cancel your membership anytime for any reason , we just require a written notice. The refund policy is 2 days (48hrs) within signing the original contract .
